Bolton is gearing up for its eighth McDonald’s location, further cementing its status as a fast-food hub. The new restaurant will open on Cutacre Way, joining eateries like Greggs and Costa Coffee. This spot is notably close to two existing McDonald’s, just 11 minutes from one on Manchester Road and nine minutes from another near the town center. Approved by Bolton Council on March 12, the new location promises to create up to 80 jobs. The design emphasizes a modern aesthetic and pedestrian-friendly access, featuring two zebra crossings. This expansion aligns with McDonald’s larger plan to open 200 restaurants over four years, boosting the economy and addressing local demand for fast food.
