Blackbird Leys Knife Attack: Two New Arrests After Teen Stabbing Shocks Community

An 18-year-old and a 19-year-old, both from Oxford, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assault following a brutal stabbing on March 25, which left a 15-year-old boy with serious facial injuries.
